Office: Stewart Annex 201 Education B.A., M.A., Ph.D., The Ohio State University Biography Dr. Constance S. Richards is adjunct assistant professor of English language and literature at Ohio Wesleyan University and Lecturer in the Department of African-American and African Studies at the Ohio State University. She is a graduate of Ohio State University, where she received B.As. in Psychology and Women’s Studies, M.As. in Women’s Studies and English, and a Ph.D. in English with a focus on postcolonial literatures and feminist theory. She is the author of On the Winds and Waves of Imagination: Transnational Feminist Studies in Woolf, Wicomb, and Walker. Her current research project concerns ecofeminism in postcolonial literature. Her teaching assignments have included courses on international women’s literature, African and African-American literature, Women’s Studies, gender and identity, and first- and second-level composition.
